I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and a AFAA certified group trainer with 6+ years of group fitness and training experience.
I specialize in resistance and endurance training, functional strength and conditioning, high intensity training, and female fat loss and weight management.
I believe in fitness as freedom. It helps us break down inhibitions to be more authentic versions of ourselves. I want to help people find confidence in their bodies and expand their beliefs of what they are capable of so they can live their best lives both mentally and physically.
