Saturday Group Class

Join us Saturday mornings at 8:30 am for a 45-minute high intensity interval workout. Whether you are new to fitness or a weekend warrior, all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join us!

A lot of people don't give group fitness a chance because they are intimidated by working out with a group of people, but we keep our workouts FUN and our class size small (10) so you are motivated by your fellow workout buddies!!
